About Us

Kit is a youth-founded, youth-led nonprofit passionate about making careers in environmental conservation accessible and impactful. In 2025, Kit’s founder, Delilah, recruited Isabella as Co-Executive Director and begun planning programs, searching out funding, and growing the volunteer and leadership team.

This July, we are excited to officially launch our first program: the Conservation Jumpstart Fellowship. As we begin, we look forward showing teens and young adults that they can make an impact now, while building their impactful future.
